How to Use:

1. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them completely with a lint-free towel before handling your contact lenses.
2. Carefully remove one lens from its blister pack. Ensure you always start with the same eye to avoid mixing up lenses.
3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger, making sure it's not inside out (it should form a perfect bowl shape).
4. Using your other hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger and lift your upper eyelid with your index finger.
5. Look straight ahead or slightly upwards and place the lens directly onto your cornea.
6. Slowly release your eyelids and blink gently a few times to allow the lens to center itself on your eye.
7. Repeat the process for your other eye.
8. To remove, wash your hands thoroughly. Look upwards, pull down your lower eyelid, and gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger. Carefully slide the lens off your eye.
9. For monthly disposable lenses, clean, rinse, and store them in a clean lens case filled with fresh, multi-purpose contact lens solution daily.
