How to Use

1. Preparation: Before measurement, rest for a few minutes. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes prior. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.

2. Cuff Application: Ensure the EasyClip cuff is correctly applied to your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. The integrated clip helps secure it easily.

3. Positioning: Rest your arm on a table or surface so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

4. Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The device will automatically inflate the cuff and begin the measurement. Remain still and silent during this process.

5. Read Results: Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed. The color-coded risk indicator will also show the classification of your reading.

6. Data Storage: The readings are automatically stored in the selected user memory. Review previous measurements using the memory button.
