4. Pour the required amount of lukewarm water into the sterilized feeding bottle.
5. Using the scoop provided in the tin, add the exact number of level scoops of Blemil Plus Extra 1 powder as per the feeding guide on the packaging. Do not press the powder.
6. Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
7. Before feeding, test the temperature of the formula on your wrist; it should feel lukewarm.
8. Discard any unused formula within one hour of preparation.
