- Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool down to approximately 40°C.
- Pour the required amount of lukewarm water into the sterilized feeding bottle, referring to the feeding table on the product packaging.
- Add the exact number of level scoops of Blemil Plus Extra 1 powder, using only the scoop provided in the tin. Do not press the powder.
- Close the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Check the temperature of the formula on your wrist before feeding your baby. It should feel lukewarm.
- Discard any leftover formula immediately after feeding. Do not reuse.
