How To Use Nasonel Nasal Spray

1. Gently shake the bottle before each use.
2. Remove the protective dust cap.
3. If using for the first time, or if the spray has not been used for 14 days or more, prime the pump by pressing down 10 times until a fine mist appears.
4. Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
5. Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other, pointing it slightly away from the center of your nose (septum).
6. While breathing in gently through your nose, press down on the pump once to release a spray.
7. Breathe out through your mouth.
8. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
9. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.
10. For best results, use regularly as directed. Typically, the recommended dosage is two sprays in each nostril once daily.
