How to Use

1. Reconstitution: Reconstitute the lyophilized vaccine pellet using sterile, cold, and chlorine-free diluent (e.g., distilled water) immediately before use.
2. Drinking Water Administration: Ensure chickens are thirsty for 1-2 hours before vaccination. Provide the reconstituted vaccine in clean, disinfected drinkers, ensuring even distribution and consumption within 1-2 hours.
3. Eye Drop Administration: Administer one drop (typically 0.03-0.05 mL) of the reconstituted vaccine to each bird in one eye using a calibrated dropper. Ensure the drop is absorbed before releasing the bird.
4. Coarse Spray Administration: Use a coarse spray device to administer the vaccine over the flock from a distance of 30-40 cm, ensuring uniform coverage. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid direct drafts during and after spraying.
