How to Use

1. Ensure the affected limb is clean, dry, and free from any open wounds (unless covered by an appropriate primary dressing).


2. Start applying the bandage from the base of the toes or fingers, working upwards towards the knee or elbow.


3. Overlap each turn by approximately 50-70% of the bandage width, maintaining consistent and even pressure.


4. Apply with moderate tension, as the short-stretch nature of the bandage creates compression through muscle contraction rather than elastic recoil.


5. Finish the application just below the knee for lower limbs or at the desired upper limit of compression.


6. Secure the end of the bandage with medical tape or specialized bandage clips (sold separately) to prevent unraveling.


7. Monitor the limb regularly for comfort and effectiveness, and reapply as advised by a healthcare professional.
