How to Use

1. Prepare Your Supplies: Gather your Contour TS Meter, Contour TS test strips, lancing device, and a fresh lancet. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them completely.
2. Insert Test Strip: Insert the grey end of a Contour TS test strip into the meter's test strip port. The meter will turn on automatically.
3. Prepare Lancing Device: Twist off the lancing device cap and insert a new lancet. Twist off the lancet's protective cap and replace the lancing device cap. Adjust the penetration depth setting if needed.
4. Obtain Blood Sample: Place the lancing device firmly against the side of your fingertip and press the release button. A small drop of blood will form.
5. Apply Blood Sample: Touch the tip of the Contour TS test strip to the drop of blood. The meter will draw the blood into the strip automatically. Do not apply blood to the top of the strip.
