How to Use

- Wear protective gloves before handling the casting tape.
- Immerse the DELTACAST ELITE roll in water at approximately 20-24°C (68-75°F) for 5-10 seconds, gently squeezing the roll to allow water to penetrate thoroughly.
- Apply the tape immediately in a spiral fashion, overlapping each layer by approximately half the width of the tape.
- Mold the cast quickly and firmly to the desired shape before it begins to set, typically within 3-5 minutes after water activation.
- Allow the cast to fully set. Partial weight bearing may be possible after 20-30 minutes, but full strength and weight bearing are achieved within 24 hours.
