How to Use:

1. Ensure the affected limb is clean and dry.
2. Apply a suitable stockinette and appropriate padding to protect the skin and bony prominences.
3. Wear protective gloves before handling the casting tape, as the resin can be sticky.
4. Submerge the roll of DELTACAST ELITE tape in lukewarm water (21-24°C) for approximately 5-10 seconds, squeezing gently to remove excess water.
5. Apply the tape spirally, overlapping each layer by one-half to two-thirds of the tape's width. Mold and smooth the layers to conform closely to the limb's contours.
6. The cast will begin to set within minutes. Hold the limb in the desired position until fully set.
7. Full weight-bearing may be possible within 20-30 minutes, depending on the number of layers and cast design.
