How to Use (Professional Application)

1. Ensure the patient's skin is clean, dry, and free from any wounds or irritations.
2. Apply an appropriate stockinette and casting padding over the affected limb to protect the skin and bony prominences.
3. Wear protective gloves (nitrile or vinyl) to prevent the polyurethane resin from adhering to the skin.
4. Open the DELTACAST PRINTS package immediately before use. Immerse the roll in room temperature water (20-24°C) for 5-10 seconds and gently squeeze to remove excess water.
5. Apply the tape smoothly and evenly around the limb, overlapping each layer by approximately one-half to two-thirds of the tape's width.
6. Mold the cast into the desired anatomical shape using the palms of your hands, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding pressure points.
7. Allow the cast to set completely. Initial setting typically occurs within 3-5 minutes, with full weight-bearing strength achieved in approximately 20-30 minutes.
