How to Use

1. Ensure the affected limb is properly padded with stockinette and appropriate cast padding to protect the skin from pressure points and irritation.
2. Open the DELTACAST SOFT package and immerse the roll completely in lukewarm water (preferably between 21-24°C) for a few seconds.
3. Gently squeeze the roll to remove any excess water, ensuring even saturation of the resin.
4. Apply the wet tape smoothly and evenly around the limb, overlapping each subsequent layer by approximately one-half to two-thirds the width of the tape.
5. Mold the cast to the desired anatomical shape and contour during the working time, ensuring a snug yet comfortable fit and optimal support.
6. Allow the cast to set completely; initial setting typically occurs within 3-5 minutes, with full weight-bearing strength achieved within 20-30 minutes, depending on conditions.
