How to Use:

1. Ensure the patient's skin is clean and dry.
2. Apply appropriate stockinette and cast padding to protect the skin and bony prominences.
3. Wear protective gloves before handling the casting tape.
4. Immerse the DELTACAST SOFT roll in room-temperature water (20-24°C) for 3-5 seconds.
5. Squeeze the roll gently to remove excess water.
6. Immediately apply the tape spirally, overlapping each layer by approximately 1/2 to 2/3 the width.
7. Mold the cast to the desired shape before it fully sets (typically within 3-5 minutes).
8. Allow the cast to fully cure (usually within 20-30 minutes) before weight-bearing, if applicable.

• For professional medical use only.
• Store rolls in their sealed foil pouches at room temperature until ready for use.
• Avoid exposure to moisture or high humidity before application, as this can prematurely activate the resin.
• Do not overtighten the cast, as this can impair circulation; monitor patient for signs of neurovascular compromise.
• Patients should be advised to avoid inserting objects into the cast or getting the inside of the cast wet.
• Seek medical attention if the cast becomes loose, damaged, or causes discomfort, numbness, or color changes in the limb.
