How to Use

1. Prepare the Area: Ensure the skin is clean and dry. Apply stockinette and appropriate padding (e.g., SOFFBAN) to protect the skin and bony prominences.
2. Activate the Tape: Immerse the DELTALITE PLUS roll in temperate water (21-24°C) for 3-5 seconds. Squeeze the roll gently to remove excess water.
3. Apply the Cast: Immediately begin applying the tape using standard casting techniques. Overlap each layer by approximately one-half to two-thirds of the width of the tape, ensuring even tension.
4. Mold & Set: Mold the cast to the desired contour within 3-5 minutes before it begins to set. It will be rigid enough for weight-bearing in about 20-30 minutes and fully cured within 24 hours.
5. Finishing: Smooth any rough edges and ensure the cast provides adequate support and comfort without constricting blood flow.
