How to Use
1. Ensure all necessary equipment (laryngoscope, introducer, ventilator, securing tape) is readily available and functional.
2. Prepare the patient by pre-oxygenating and positioning the head and neck appropriately for optimal airway visualization.
3. Perform laryngoscopy to visualize the glottis and vocal cords.
4. Gently insert the Euro-Tracheal Tube (Size 4 mm) through the vocal cords into the trachea.
5. Confirm correct tube placement immediately using multiple methods, including auscultation of bilateral breath sounds, end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring (capnography), and chest X-ray.
6. Secure the tracheal tube firmly with appropriate medical tape or a tube holder to prevent accidental dislodgement.
7. Connect the tube to a ventilator or appropriate oxygen delivery system and continuously monitor the patient's respiratory status and tube position.
