How to Use
- Remove the pad from its wrapper.
- Peel off the paper from the back of the pad.
- Place the pad sticky side down onto your underwear.
- Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press firmly to secure them.
- Change the pad every 3-4 hours, or more often if needed.
- Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
