How to Use:

1. Preparation: Ensure patient comfort and proper positioning. Select an appropriate venipuncture site.
2. Aseptic Technique: Cleanse the venipuncture site thoroughly with an antiseptic solution according to hospital protocol.
3. Venipuncture: Grasp the cannula wings and perform venipuncture with the bevel up. Observe for flashback in the flashback chamber.
4. Advance Catheter: Once flashback is observed, slightly advance the needle, then carefully thread the catheter into the vein while withdrawing the needle.
5. Secure Cannula: Engage the safety mechanism, withdraw the needle completely, and secure the catheter with appropriate dressings and tape.
