How to Use:

1. Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling lenses.
2. Carefully remove one lens from its blister pack, ensuring it is not inside out.
3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Check for any tears or damage.
4. Using your other hand, hold your upper eyelid firmly to prevent blinking. Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of the hand holding the lens.
5. Look up and gently place the lens onto the lower white part of your eye.
6. Slowly release your eyelids and blink softly to allow the lens to center itself.
7. Repeat the process for the other eye.
8. For removal, wash and dry your hands again. Look up, pull down your lower eyelid, and gently slide the lens down to the white part of your eye. Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and index finger and remove it.
9. Place used monthly lenses into a fresh solution in a clean lens case.
