How to Use:

1. 1. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them completely before handling contact lenses.
2. 2. Carefully remove one lens from its blister pack, ensuring it is not inside out. (The lens should look like a perfect bowl, not a plate with flared edges).
3. 3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.
4. 4. Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid open and pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of the hand holding the lens.
5. 5. Look upwards and gently place the lens on the white part of your eye, then slowly look down to allow the lens to center itself.
6. 6. Blink gently a few times to ensure the lens is comfortably in place.
7. 7. Repeat the process for the other eye.
8. 8. For removal, wash your hands, look up, and gently pull down your lower eyelid. With your index finger and thumb, gently pinch the bottom of the lens to remove it.
9. 9. Dispose of daily lenses after single use, or clean and store monthly lenses in a fresh solution as recommended by your eye care professional.
