How to Use:

1. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them completely with a lint-free towel before handling contact lenses.
2. Carefully remove one lens from its blister pack or storage case, ensuring it is not inside out.
3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger, ensuring it forms a perfect bowl shape.
4. With your other hand, use your middle finger to pull down your lower eyelid. Use the index finger of the hand holding the lens to pull up your upper eyelid.
5. Look straight ahead or slightly upwards and gently place the lens directly onto your cornea.
6. Slowly release your eyelids and blink softly to allow the lens to center itself.
7. Repeat the process for the other eye.
8. For removal, wash and dry your hands again. Look upwards, pull down your lower eyelid, and gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
9. Always store lenses in a clean, disinfected lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution.
