How to Use
- Always wash and rinse your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling lenses.
- Dry your hands completely with a lint-free towel.
- Remove one lens from its blister pack and place it on your fingertip. Ensure the lens is not inside out (it should have a bowl shape).
- Hold your upper eyelid up with one hand and pull your lower eyelid down with the other.
- Look straight ahead or slightly upwards, then gently place the lens on the colored part of your eye.
- Blink gently a few times to settle the lens into place. Repeat for the other eye.
- For removal, wash and dry your hands again. Look up, pull your lower eyelid down, and gently pinch the lens with your thumb and index finger, then remove it.
- If using reusable lenses, clean and disinfect them immediately using a recommended contact lens solution, and store them in a fresh solution in a clean lens case.
