How to Use:

1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
2. Wrap the EasyClip cuff firmly around your upper arm, ensuring the tube runs down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
3. Position the cuff at heart level; it should be snug but not too tight.
4. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.
5. Remain still and silent, avoiding talking or moving, until the measurement is complete and the results are displayed.
6. Note your readings (systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate) and any detected arrhythmia.
7. The device automatically saves readings to the selected user memory.
