How to Use:

1. Sit comfortably in a quiet place, ensuring your feet are flat on the floor and your arm is supported at heart level.
2. Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is about 2-3 cm above your elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
3. Press the 'Start/Stop' button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and begin measuring your blood pressure.
4. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
5. Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
6. Press the 'Start/Stop' button again to turn off the device or it will switch off automatically after a period of inactivity.
