How to Use
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement.
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge is about 2-3 cm above your elbow. The air tube should be positioned over the brachial artery on the inside of your arm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to slide two fingers underneath.
- Place your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. The cuff will inflate, and then slowly deflate while reading your blood pressure.
- Remain still and quiet during the measurement.
- Once completed, your blood pressure and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
