How to Use

1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
2. Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the air tube is aligned with the center of your inner arm.
3. The cuff should fit snugly, but not too tight. You should be able to slide two fingers underneath it.
