How to Use
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a flat surface, ensuring the cuff is at heart level.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, making sure it is approximately 2 cm above the elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm, aligned with your middle finger.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.
- Remain still and quiet during the measurement process. The device will automatically inflate and deflate.
- Your blood pressure reading (systolic, diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen once the measurement is complete.
