How to Use

1. Carefully clean the wound area according to clinical practice and dry the surrounding skin.
2. Select a Mepilex dressing size that adequately covers the wound and overlaps the surrounding skin by at least 1-2 cm.
3. Remove the release films from the adhesive (Safetac) side of the dressing.
4. Gently apply the adhesive side to the wound, ensuring full contact with the wound bed.
5. Do not stretch the dressing when applying.
6. Smooth down the edges of the dressing to ensure secure adhesion to the surrounding skin.
7. The dressing can be left in place for up to 7 days, depending on the wound condition and exudate levels, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
8. Change the dressing when saturated or if clinical signs indicate a need for change.
