How to Use

1. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them completely with a lint-free towel before touching your contact lenses.
2. Carefully remove one lens from its blister pack or storage case. Inspect the lens to ensure it is clean, free from tears, and not inside out (it should have a bowl-like shape).
3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.
4. Using your other hand, hold your upper eyelid up and pull your lower eyelid down to create a wide opening.
5. Look straight ahead or slightly upwards, then gently place the lens directly onto your cornea.
6. Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times to allow the lens to settle comfortably on your eye.
7. Repeat the process for the other eye.
8. After each use, clean and store lenses in fresh, multi-purpose contact lens solution according to the manufacturer's instructions. Replace lenses monthly as per schedule.
