How to Use

1. For Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Ensure it is placed in a clean, sealed bag to prevent odors.
2. For Hot Therapy (Microwave): Place the gel pack in a clean microwave-safe container filled with water, ensuring the pack is fully submerged. Heat for approximately 30-45 seconds (adjust time for higher wattage microwaves). Carefully remove and check temperature. If more heat is needed, continue heating in 10-second intervals.
3. For Hot Therapy (Hot Water): Bring water to a boil, remove from heat. Submerge the gel pack in the hot water for 5-10 minutes.
4. Application: Always wrap the gel pack in a cloth or towel before applying to the skin to prevent burns or frostbite.
5. Duration: Apply for no more than 20 minutes at a time. Allow at least 20 minutes between applications.
