How to Use

1. 1. Preparation: Perform a strand test and sensitivity patch test 24 hours prior to full application. Do not shampoo hair for at least 2 days before relaxing. Gather all necessary tools.
2. 2. Mixing: Empty the entire contents of the Activator bottle into the Relaxer Base tub. Stir thoroughly with the spatula until the mixture is uniform and lump-free.
3. 3. Application: Divide hair into four sections. Apply petroleum jelly around the hairline, neck, and ears. Using a non-metallic applicator, apply the relaxer mixture quickly and evenly to dry hair, starting from the back. Avoid applying directly to the scalp or previously relaxed hair.
4. 4. Smoothing & Timing: Gently smooth the hair with the back of a comb or your fingers, ensuring even distribution. Do not exceed the recommended processing time for 'Super' strength as indicated in the instruction leaflet, based on your strand test results.
5. 5. Rinsing: Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until all traces of the relaxer are removed. Ensure water runs clear.
6. 6. Neutralizing: Apply the entire contents of the neutralizing shampoo. Lather well and rinse. Repeat the neutralizing shampoo process at least twice until the lather is completely white, indicating complete neutralization.
7. 7. Conditioning: Apply the included conditioner generously to hair. Leave on for the recommended time (e.g., 5-10 minutes) then rinse thoroughly.
8. 8. Styling: Gently towel dry and style as desired.
