How to Use
- Clean and dry the skin around the blister thoroughly before application. Ensure the skin is free of creams and oils.
- Remove the top protective paper, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.

- Leave the plaster in place until it starts to detach naturally (this can be several days).
- To remove, gently stretch the plaster along the skin. Do not pull upwards.
