The Pharmapore PU 10x10 cm dressing is an advanced, sterile polyurethane foam dressing designed for the effective management of a wide range of wounds.

How to Use
1. Cleanse the wound thoroughly with saline solution or a recommended wound cleanser.
2. Ensure the skin around the wound is dry.
3. Select a Pharmapore PU dressing that extends at least 2 cm beyond the wound edges.
4. Remove the protective backing and apply the dressing directly to the wound surface.
5. Secure with an appropriate secondary dressing or medical tape if necessary.
6. Change the dressing as clinically indicated or when exudate reaches approximately 75% of the dressing's capacity, typically every 1-3 days.
