How to Use
1. Remove the sanitary pad from its individual wrapper.
2. Peel off the paper backing from the adhesive strip on the bottom of the pad.
3. Position the pad in the center of your underwear, with the wider part towards the back.
4. Fold the wings around the underside of your underwear and press firmly to secure them.
5. Change the pad every 3-4 hours, or more frequently if your flow is heavy, to maintain hygiene and comfort.
6. Dispose of used pads by wrapping them in their wrapper or toilet paper and placing them in a waste bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
