How to Use

- 3. Remove the strip from its pouch and peel off the plastic liner.
- 4. Apply the shiny side of the strip onto your wet nose, pressing down firmly to ensure good contact with the skin.
- 5. Let the strip dry for 10-15 minutes or until it feels stiff to the touch.
- 6. Slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting from the edges and pulling towards the center.
- 7. Rinse any residue off your nose with water.
- 8. Use 1-2 times per week for best results.
