Mix the relaxer cream and liquid activator thoroughly as directed. 4. Apply the relaxer mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair, avoiding the scalp. 5. Smooth hair gently and carefully, following the recommended timing for 'Super' strength and your hair type. 6. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until all traces of relaxer are removed. 7. Apply the neutralizing shampoo provided, lather, and rinse until the lather is white, indicating complete neutralization. 8.
