How to Use

1. 1. Prepare the Area: Ensure the skin around the injury is clean, dry, and free from oils or lotions.
2. 2. Unroll & Apply: Carefully unroll the bandage and begin wrapping from the distal (furthest from the body) part of the injury towards the proximal (closest to the body) part. Overlap each layer by about one-third to one-half of the bandage's width.
3. 3. Apply Even Pressure: Apply the bandage with even, moderate tension. Avoid wrapping too tightly, which could restrict circulation, or too loosely, which would reduce support.
4. 4. Secure the End: Once the desired area is covered, cut the bandage and press the end firmly onto the previous layer to ensure secure adhesion.
5. 5. Monitor: Regularly check the area for signs of discomfort, numbness, tingling, or changes in skin color, which may indicate the bandage is too tight.

• Do not apply too tightly: Excessive compression can impede blood circulation and cause serious complications. Always ensure two fingers can easily fit under the bandage.
