How to Use

1. Break off approximately 45 centimeters (18 inches) of Alo Dent Dental Floss.
2. Wrap the majority of the floss around the middle finger of one hand, and the remaining portion around the middle finger of the other hand, leaving a small section (about 3-5 cm or 1-2 inches) in between.
3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers.
4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a soft, saw-like motion. Avoid snapping the floss into your gums.
5. Once the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth. Slide it gently into the space between the gum and the tooth until you feel light resistance.
6. Move the floss up and down against the side of the tooth, cleaning thoroughly. Repeat this action on the adjacent tooth surface.
7. Unwind a fresh section of floss from your finger as you move from tooth to tooth.
