Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap before touching your newly pierced ears or ear studs. 2. Cleanse the front and back of your ears twice daily with a STUDEX After Piercing Lotion or a recommended antiseptic solution. Apply gently without removing the studs. 3. Rotate your ear studs 2-3 times a day while cleaning to prevent them from adhering to the skin. Do this with clean hands. 4. Avoid touching your ears unnecessarily and refrain from exposing them to harsh chemicals, hairspray, or swimming pools for at least 6 weeks. 5. Keep the studs in your ears continuously for 6 weeks for earlobes, and 12 weeks for cartilage piercings, to allow the piercing to heal completely.Caution & Warnings
