How to Use
1. Break off approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of floss.
2. Wind most of the floss around the middle finger of one hand, and the rest around the middle finger of the other hand.
3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers.
4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a soft rubbing motion.
5. Curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and slide it gently beneath the gum line.
6. Move the floss up and down, scraping the side of the tooth.
7. Repeat on the adjacent tooth and for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth.
8. Floss at least once a day, preferably before brushing.
