How to Use (Post-Piercing Care):
- After piercing, gently cleanse the front and back of your new piercing twice daily using a STUDEX After Piercing Lotion or an approved antiseptic solution.
- Rotate your ear studs gently at least once a day, without removing them, to prevent the skin from adhering to the stud.
- Avoid touching your ears with unwashed hands to reduce the risk of infection.
- For earlobe piercings, keep the original piercing studs in for a minimum of 6 weeks continuously.
- For cartilage piercings, keep the original piercing studs in for a minimum of 12 weeks continuously.
- After the initial healing period, you may change your studs, but continue to wear earrings at all times for the first year to prevent the holes from closing.
Caution & Warnings:
- These studs are intended for initial ear piercing performed by trained professionals using a STUDEX ear piercing system.
- Do not attempt self-piercing with these studs.
- If redness, swelling, prolonged pain, or any sign of infection occurs, remove the stud immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
- Always check that the sterile packaging is intact before use. Do not use if the seal is broken.
