How to Use
- Break off approximately 45 centimeters (18 inches) of Trisa Dental Floss.
- Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 3-5 centimeters (1-2 inches) to work with.
- Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers.
- Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a rubbing motion.
- Curve the floss against one tooth in a C-shape.
- Slide it gently beneath the gum line.
- Move the floss up and down against the tooth surface, cleaning thoroughly.
- Repeat this process for the adjacent tooth.
- Advance to a new, clean section of floss for each tooth to avoid reintroducing bacteria.
- Floss all your teeth, including the back sides of your last molars.
- Rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash after flossing to remove dislodged particles.
