How to Use
- Cut approximately 45 centimeters (18 inches) of Trisa Dental Floss TAPE SUPER.
- Wrap most of the floss around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving about 3-5 centimeters (1-2 inches) of floss in the middle.
- Gently guide the floss between your teeth with a sawing motion, being careful not to force it onto your gums.
- Once you reach the gum line, curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth.
- Move the floss up and down against the tooth surface, cleaning both sides of each tooth.
- Unwind a new section of floss from one finger and wind the used floss onto the other finger as you move from tooth to tooth.
- Repeat for all teeth, including the back of the last molars.
