- Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a careful rubbing motion.
- Once the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth.
- Carefully slide it into the space between your gum and the tooth, ensuring not to snap it forcefully.
- Hold the floss firmly against the tooth and move it gently up and down, scraping away plaque from the tooth surface.
- Repeat this process for all teeth, using a fresh section of floss for each tooth surface to avoid spreading bacteria.
