Disposable Central Venous Catheter Triple Stander Kit Fr7x30cm

This Certofix Disposable Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Triple Stander Kit, Fr 7 x 30 cm, is a comprehensive sterile kit designed for safe and efficient insertion of a triple-lumen central venous catheter. Central venous catheters are critical medical devices used to provide long-term access to a patient's central venous system for a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. This kit is ideal for clinicians seeking a reliable solution for central venous access in critical care settings, operating rooms, and emergency departments. It ensures the delivery of multiple intravenous therapies simultaneously through its three lumens, minimizing the need for multiple access points.

Benefits of Use

  • Provides reliable and secure central venous access for patients requiring long-term IV therapy or frequent blood sampling.
  • Triple lumen design allows for simultaneous administration of incompatible fluids, medications, and blood products, improving patient care efficiency.
  • Reduces the need for multiple venipunctures, enhancing patient comfort and reducing the risk of peripheral vein complications.
  • Suitable for hemodynamic monitoring and high-volume fluid resuscitation.
  • Designed for ease of insertion with a complete kit containing all necessary components for the Seldinger technique.

How to Use

Please consult the detailed instructions for use provided within the kit and ensure the procedure is performed by trained medical professionals.
1. Prepare the insertion site using aseptic technique, including skin antisepsis and draping.
2. Administer local anesthetic to the insertion area.
3. Puncture the vein with the introducer needle and confirm venous access.
4. Insert the guidewire through the needle into the vein.
5. Remove the introducer needle, leaving the guidewire in place.
6. Dilate the insertion site with the tissue dilator over the guidewire.
7. Thread the triple-lumen catheter over the guidewire into the central vein.
8. Remove the guidewire and secure the catheter in place with sutures or a securement device.
