How to Use:
Break off approximately 45-60 cm (18-24 inches) of Trisa Dental Floss TAPE SUPER.
Wrap most of the floss around the middle finger of one hand, and the rest around the middle finger of the other hand.
Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, leaving about 2-3 cm (1 inch) of floss in between.
Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion.
Curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and slide it gently into the space between the gum and the tooth.
Move the floss up and down against the tooth surface and under the gum line, then repeat on the adjacent tooth.
Unwind a fresh section of floss for each tooth to avoid transferring plaque.
After flossing all teeth, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or mouthwash.
Use at least once a day, preferably before brushing.
