How to Use
- Break off approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of Kin Dental Tape.
- Wrap most of the tape around your middle fingers, leaving about 3-5 cm (1-2 inches) to work with.
- Hold the tape tightly between your thumbs and index fingers.
- Gently guide the tape between your teeth using a rubbing motion. Do not snap the tape into your gums.
- When the tape reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth.
- Move the tape up and down against the tooth surface, cleaning both sides of the tooth before moving to the next interdental space.
- Use a fresh section of tape for each tooth to avoid transferring plaque.
- After flossing all teeth, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or an antiseptic mouthwash to remove any dislodged particles.
