How to Use:
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes each time.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles.

- Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of your teeth.
- Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of your front teeth using short, up-and-down strokes.
